Allah revealed the holy book Qur'an Hakim to His beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). This book is a guide for human beings. It is the cause of healing for diseases. Reciting the blessed verses of the Holy Quran is a great blessing. Many of its surahs are useful in solving problems. The one who recites Surah Kafroon frequently avoids many evils and will bring death by faith. The Lord of the worlds gives this person the desire and strength to worship. Surah Ikhlas soon shows its effect for all kinds of legitimate needs. All kinds of difficulties and troubles are removed from reading it. Allah heals the sick with His bounty and blessings of Surah Ikhlas. He rewards the childless with good and virtuous children. Surah Falaq is very useful for removing all kinds of evil. In another hadith, Hazrat Aqeba bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: There are strange verses which have been revealed tonight which have not been seen till today, these are Qul Auzu Bi Rabbin Falak and Qul auzu rabbin nas (Muslim Sharif).
Hazrat Sohail bin Saad says that a person came to the service of the Holy Prophet and complained about his poverty. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When you enter a house, greet (salam) your wife and children, and if your wife and children are not present then greet yourself and send greeting on Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and recite Surah Ikhlas.
A Person came to Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) and asked that I have done great sin what should I do through which my sins be forgiven and may I have nearness to Allah. The Holy Prophet said that you should recite Surah Ikhlas frequently.
According to another hadith, the Holy Prophet used to recite Surah Ikhlas and Mauzatain (last 2 sura of Quran i.e Qul Auzu Bi Rabbin Falak and Qul auzu rabbin nas) at night while sleeping, blowing on his hands and turning it over his body.
It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Umar that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Whoever recites twenty rak'ats after Maghrib prayers and recites Surah Al-Fatihah once in each rak'at and Surah Al-Ikhlas eleven times. So his wife, children, belongings and neighbors will be safe from every calamity. There will be ease at the time of death. On the Day of Resurrection, he will be safe from panic and will cross the Bridge of Siraat like lightning and enter Paradise with the company of the righteous.
Virtues of 4 Qul Sharif:
Like other Surahs of the Quran, Surah Kafroon, Surah Ikhlas, Surah Falaq and Surah Nas are also Surahs with innumerable virtues and blessings. Reading and listening to them is undoubtedly a great reward. The virtues of these suras have been described in the hadiths. Apart from this, the virtues of these suras have also been mentioned by the religious leaders and scholars. Mentioning the virtue of Surah Ikhlas, it has been narrated in a hadith that Hazrat Abul Darda said that the Holy Prophet (saw) said, “None of you can recite one third of the Quran at night. The Companions asked, O Messenger of Allah! How to read one third of Quran? He said that the whole Surah Ikhlas is equal to one third of the Qur'an (Muslim Sharif).
