At the end of the fourth para, there is a mention of the relationships with which getting married is not allowed (haraam). This is the subject of Surah An-Nisa 'at the beginning of the fifth para and Allah has mentioned the characteristics of women who are chosen for marriage. Similarly, when a man intends to marry a woman, he should do so with the permission of the woman's family. At the end of this para, Allah tells humans about Allah's mercy that if people believe in God and give thanks for Allah's blessings then why does God need to punish them?
