MIND WARS The Battle for Your Brain by Ian McFadyen book pdf free download.
This book sets out to show that human behaviour is not a product of instinct nor of any particular social, political or economic system but the result of ongoing battles between self-replicating systems of thought, battles in which human beings are mere pawns but over which they have, mercifully, some control. This book was originally inspired by Richard Dawkins’ 1976 book on genetics The Selfish Gene. It was in this work that Dawkins coined the term ‘Meme’ meaning a behaviour that is spread through a population by imitation. The concept of the Meme promptly verified itself by inspiring a number of enthusiastic books dealing with ‘Meme Theory’ and ‘the new science of the Meme’.
