 Th e exercises suggested are gathered from  many sources often forgotten sources.  It is impossible in a work of this kind to  avoid mentioning  many of the well-known  movements first classified  and  named b y  D r .  Arvedson , or  by  Ling , Ostrom , and other Swedish or Danis hspecialists.  Other exercises have been seen at  gymnastic displays or demonstrations at  many different times  and places.
